It arrived promptly and looks terrific in my newly renovated kitchen. The only problem I had is that the box did not include the grid as advertised. Overstock's customer service people tried to get me one but they were out of stock. They gave me the choice of returning the sink or keeping it with a $50 credit. I contacted the manufacturer and inquired about purchasing one. So for $40 plus shipping I am getting a new one. So I will come out even, I imagine. I don't blame overstock for the problem: it must have been packed incorrectly by the manufacturer. It was a great value because sinks like this were much more $ at home improvement stores.
This is an incredible sink for the price! It's excellent construction, beautiful finish and great insulation puts it in a group with sinks three times the cost!The service that Overstock provides is remarkable. My sink came in less than a week. It was very well packed and was in perfect condition. When I found that the grate was missing, Overstock sent one to me. it arrived just a few days after my phone call. We will be installing it this weekend. We expect to be enjoying it for many years.
I purchased this sink a few months ago, but it was just installed this week. I am extremely impressed with how quiet it is when I am running the faucet. The under padding completely covers the bottom of the sink, unlike some more expensive brands that only cover a small area at 3 times the cost). Also, completely undercoated and it is 16 gauge making this a super buy. The installer had no problem at all (the granite people installed it.) The SS grate for the bottom is great, this is an extra cost with other brands. I love the D shape which adds alittle style and gives me a bit more counter space.Thank you overstock for bringing such quality, style and value to us.
I have a contractor, so assembly was easy far as I'm concerned (but the workmen did it pretty fast). I had them put in a sink in 2 corners as part of our re-designed kitchen, & wanted to make the most of the space. These sinks are the largest sinks that would fit in the area. The D-shape adds style & gives a little more counter space. The wire protector for the bottom of the sink is great. We can dry the dishes right in the sink.
