This is truly a beautiful strainer loved the removeable catch basket. However when we installed it we discovered that the threads on the bottom, were not long enough to screw on the washer to the bottom side of the sink. We have a standard Kohler cast iron sink, this will not work for it.
The strainer is deep and does not clog when you get a few bits in it like regular strainers, and it features an easy to grab wire handle. I also much prefer its separate stopper, instead of bumping the strainer basket and stopping the sink like in other units that stop with a quarter twist and drop. The stopper is also a nicely machined and finished piece, handsome IMO. You need this one, trust me.

I love the basket! It's so much easier to clean than the traditional sink strainers. This is excellent quality. The finish works well with stainless steel. I would definitely recommend this!!
This is truly an awesome strainer. The deep basket allows you to catch a lot of things without blocking the drain, and the basket has a small rim that fit tightly with the strainer, so the food waste goes into the basket, rather than staying on the rim. I have two of them for my new kitchen, one for the zero-radius stainless steel bar sink, another one for Blanco granite sink. Both fit perfectly. Very highly recommended!
I have purchased 6 of these sink strainers for my new home.They are of very good quality. I have two zero radius sinks and two rounded corner stainless sinks and they look great! The removable basket is great especially if you cook a lot. I also purchased one for my Aquatic Laundry sink. It fits this upgrade hand washable sink in styling and quality. I was concerned about the diameter, but it is the standard 3.5" fit.Overstock comes through again!
