On a tight budget and short on space- this bookshelf works perfectly. It looks great in my super small apartment. The instructions say 2 people should work on it together but I was able do it by myself. If going at it alone, resist the urge to tighten the screws all the way until you are finished with the entire thing. The instructions are pretty easy to follow. The finished product is sturdy and elegant.
I bought this table as an entry way table for my foyer. It is sturdy and gives a modern yet classic and warm look to the entryway. I HIGHLY recommend it.
Nice looking console/bookshelf. Very sturdy and unique. The color is actually a very dark walnut. It was a pain to assemble though. Took my husband and I about 3 hours from start to finish, simply because we wanted to take our time to figure out the instructions and assemble it correctly the first time. The finish scratches very easily, so be careful when assembling it. It's quite heavy, so it would be easier with 2 people assembling and moving it.
I'm was a little hesitant to purchase this, based on some of the other reviews. But I'm glad I did! It was packed very well and very easy to put together. It doesn't look exactly like a high-end piece of furniture, but for the price, I didn't expect it to. It is very nice for the price, and very sturdy.
