After waiting at least 4 weeks for our chair delivery it came without the bolts and screws to hold the arms on! When I called to seek action they wouldn't address the situation with me as my husband's name was on the account. I picked out, ordered, paid for and received delivery of the chair but couldn't inquire how we could order missing screws and boldts?? Very offensive! So on the third try they finally told my husband they would send out the parts. Come to find out there were no parts to be had. We did like the chair and the price was good to begin with so we didn't want to send it back. My husband had boldts made and found screws to fit and we got it finally fixed. Overstock gave us an $85.00 refund for our trouble. This is the problem with long distance delivery of big items! Overstock needs to make sure it's suppliers are more careful checking their boxed contents. Good chair - very annoying service!
