The 100-percent natural sandstone is quarried in the Southwestern United State using environmentally-conscious methods to extract huge sandstone boulders that are crafted into Thirstystone coasters. Thirstystone is serious about giving back with portions of their wholesale proceeds from their Breast Cancer Awareness products donated to the American Breast Cancer Foundation and from their Naturals Collection donated to Green Communities.

SPLENDID
Just what I was looking for. Yes they don't have a lip ridge to keep the glass from moving off, but my friends are all adults and I don't see this to be a problem. Very attractive.

No good on a glass-top table
The coasters are heavy and the top is smooth, so it's easy for a drink to slip off onto the table despite the cork backing. Definitely a risk on a glass table or any table top you really want to protect.
