I was just a little dissapointed with this purchase. I only wanted it to keep my beverage hot a little longer than a coffee cup does for those single cups at night and it does that but no where near as long as a travel mug. Maybe half hour at most and thats with letting it sit with hot water for five minutes beforehand. If you wanted it hot for a longer period of time this is not for you.
