Worth the Price We have been using this juicer/blender for about a month, and are very happy with it. It is very solid, and performs well. The juicer does an excellent job, and we have found the remaining pulp to be dry. We have not had the problems others have had with kale. One excellent thing it does is extract ginger from peeled ginger, with no hairy fibers. We then pour a small amount of the juice/pulp in silicone ice cube trays and freeze it. When we need a small amount of ginger, we just break off a portion of one of the frozen "chips". Like others, we have noticed staining on the plastic, but hot soapy water seems to help. The blender also performs well, and we like the fact that it has a glass container that is easy to clean. We did a lot of research on juicers and blenders (we needed both) and using Consumer Reports as well as user reviews (you can learn a lot from fellow users!), we finally decided that this was the right model for us. It is expensive, but we are now happy we spent the money. BTW, Overstock had the lowest price (we researched that, too!), and we received it quickly using standard shipping. From past experience we know the Overstock has excellent customer service, but are sure we won't be returning this.
