TexStyle Stretch Microsuede 1-piece Sofa Slipcover

I bought this cover as a way to update my old couch. I also wanted something to cover the large holes that my cats had created in the sides of the couch, as they seemed to enjoy my couch's burlap-like upholstery. The suede material has been much less appealing to them, so no more scratching up the couch which is great! I also love that this is a machine washable cover, although I haven't washed it yet. It was a little difficult to put on, but it stays in place pretty well; no annoying shifting around. The only thing that I didn't like is that the fit wasn't exactly right. My couch is at the higher end of the size range for this cover, so that might be the problem. My couch also has big fluffy pillows along the back, and the couch cover did not cover them. So I ended up removing the back pillows, putting on the cover, and then placing the pillows back on the couch and covering them with a decorative blanket. The cover is also a little tight at the corner where the left arm rest meets the seat, and I can see tiny holes developing in the seam at this location. Still, my couch looks much better than it did before, and it's certainly cheaper than buying a new couch!

I had a great discount on this slipcover, so I tried it. It was very easy to put on the sofa. It is easy to wash and didn't shrink. The "direction" tags ARE on the outside, which is kinda dumb, and be careful pulling them off - use a small scissor and snip each thread individually, or you'll tear the seam. I'm mostly bummed that it doesn't come in black for a loveseat. Otherwise, I'm pleased with it. It's comfortable, soft, durable (I run a daycare) and because of the microsuede, you have to look twice to realize it's actually a slipcover over my black leather couch.

like the fabric and the stretchiness. the seams are poorly sewn though. when i went to pull off the tags that show which end is which (they are on the outside of the slipcover, not the inside), the seams pulled out and i had to sew it back up myself which i'm not too good at. so i'm not incredibly happy with the quality.
