I was looking for a couple of extra bowls that are of size. Although I knew the dimensions of this bowl, it surprised me. I am very pleased with the size and the rim that works nicely for carrying or resting a serving utensil on it. Since the bowl is Royal Doulton I would encourage your to buy this one. This bowl Outside measures over 13 inches in diameter and have a little flaws, this bowl is so big, heavy, durable, and beautiful. Very happy with my purchased. Thanks overstock.
