This looks very attractive, but it shorted out almost immediately, with black smoke marks reaching to outer cover.

Would have rated a 5 except the button keeps falling off that you use to push the bread in. Otherwise product works well .

works great...looks nice. haven't tried the bun warmer yet but no complaints w/ the toaster.

this toaster is great. it has a variety of settings which is great. you can also warm rolls. it also has a very nice appearance.

received in excellent time, works great. very easy to operate.
