More information about

Tea & Coffee Sets

Whatever your approach to entertaining friends, Overstock.com can outfit your home with a tea set that is just right for your style (and, of course, your budget). kitchen products, be they cookware or serveware, need to reflect the owner's personality. The casual host may choose among simple tea sets, just a tea pot and 4 or 5 cups. The more formality-minded will choose the full monty tea set: saucers, milk pitcher (or creamer or milk jug), sugar bowl (with sugar spoon), tea spoons, dessert plates, serving tray and other accessories all featuring the same decorative motif.
Those are not your only tea set options. You can also create your own personalized tea set. Don't buy a ready-made tea set; purchase a tea pot and a set of tea cups instead. In fact, get several tea pots and tea cup sets and mix them for various seasons, themed parties or just because you feel like switching your tea set pieces around. If you have friends over regularly for tea (crumpets optional), there will always be a little surprise for them as they try to guess which tea set you'll be using this time!
By the way, tea kettles are cookware; tea pots are serveware. Oddly, the two rarely appear together in tea sets. Most tea pots should never be put on the stove to heat, unless they are actually tea kettles in disguise. If they are, they'll likely be found hiding in Overstock.com's specialty appliance aisle. Not to worry, you'll save as much money there as in the serveware aisle.
