Great Desk! Great Price!
Remodeling my home office with many highend finishes and fixtures. I had to be smart with my desk selection. I saw the photo and liked it. Recieved well packed. Same old cam lock assembly, seems ongoing but went together very well. Nice feel & color. Just what I was looking for. Fits my highend decor very nicely.Thanks Overtsock!

Great Desk!
This is a great sturdy, high quality looking desk. I only have a couple of complaints: The assembly! Yikes! Took something like 3 hours. I couldn't believe all the pieces there were when I opened the box. Not to mention, the instructions are not very clear. I noticed I had extra screws left after I was done so I went back through the instructions trying to find where they were supposed to be used and saw that I should have put them in before I put the top on. Ooops. Also, the keyboard tray was not right. The wood seemed like it was too long on the ends, causing the flap/front of the tray not to stay up when you closed it (I think others have commented on this). I ended up removing the front flap (unscrewing the hinge), drilling new holes for the hinge and repositioning it so it would close all the way as it should. That was also a pain! All in all, you can't beat the price. Looks like an expensive executive desk.

Great desk
This desk looks wonderful was pretty much easy to assemble and is MADE OF REAL WOOD, except bottoms of drawers..Was exceptionally packaged and came 4 days before the promised date,,you can not go wrong..thanks for a great product.

A few things you should know
I'm very happy with the size, color, and feel of this desk; the only exception being the interior of the drawers. You ultimately get just over 2 1/8 inches of usable drawer depth. That being said, the sheer size of the workspace is awesome for productivity, and the desk surface actually measures out to 63" in length. A few not-so-common things you'll need for this assembly: 1.) Rubber Mallet 2.) 4mm Hex Key/Hex Driver 3.) The standard 4" Phillips head screw driver may not give you the force you need to get all of the screws in, so consider picking up one with a 6" shaft. The assembly itself is pretty labor intensive, and you'll probably need a friend to help you install the top of the desk. All in all, I would buy again, and I am happy with this purchase.

Great desk
This is a great, solid desk. Do need a drill to attach the sliders. Relatively easy to assemble, easier with 2 people to life the desk top onto the base. Another great buy from overstock.

Simple, yet elegant desk
The desk is beautiful and sturdy. It is solid wood, and came without scratches or dents. It looks very nice in our office. The only issue we have is with the keyboard drawer. When you rest anything with moderate weight on the desk, laptop, arms, etc, the front panel of the drawer opens. We are going to adjust the position of the magnet and perhaps add a second magnet to resolve the issue. Otherwise, we are extremely pleased! We bought two for a double office space. So far, we have built one of them, and we plan on building the second one this weekend.

Better than I imagined.
I read the measurements on the site and all the reviews, but I was still surprised with the quality of this desk. And yes, it does seem larger than the measurements and it sure looks so much larger than the online picture. This is not a bad thing this is a good thing for me even more, I feel even more like I got more for my money. We are very pleased with this purchase, it is extremely heavy and made of good quality!!

Great desk. Only draw back was that you have to put it together. It was pretty easy as long as you read the directions. Well worth the money. This desk in a showroom put together could be anywhere from 500 to 600 dollars. Great product. Very happy with it.

Great desk
It took my very handy husband 5 hours to put it together. Reading other reviews helped him a lot. The instruction from the manufacturer was very bad, vague and confusing. But it was well worth the time and effort since the desk is really sturdy and looks beautiful at a great price. We are very happy with this purchase.
