  I loved the quality of the material. I didn't even have to iron it right out of the package which is unusual. We spilled wine at dinner and it wiped right up! Couldn't be happier!

  Color and weave are great, but it looks too synthetic and very rayon-like: droopy and snags easily. Wash it cold, gentle, and after 5 washings it certainly doesn't look new anymore. Don't understand what causes the snags, but they "run" like my grandmothers nylon hose of old. Would prefer a heavier weight, mattle finish, and less fragility: it's an everyday tablecloth, not an antique!

  I was visiting my out of state friends when the placemats I had ordered as a housewarming gift arrived. They loved the placemats!! I was very pleased with the looks and quality of the placemats. Overstock is great for sending gifts to family and friends who live in another state from me.

  Every placemat I have bought has been flimsy, falls apart in the wash or just isn't what I want. I tried this and liked it so much, I bought a second set not knowing how long they would be available.
