I have been a customer of Overstock for years and have never had this experience. This futon is not true to description. It's extremely small and uncomfortable to sit on for longer then a minute, while sitting on it you feel like you are sitting on the ground. This product just looked ridiculous, it's more for a kids tree house then and adults. This was a very bad purchase on my end.

Everything about this futon was accurate to the advertisement. However it is not very comfortable, it is quite lumpy. I'm attributing this to it being new still and not broken in. I can sit and sleep on nearly anything without problems but I suspect my guests will have some minor grumbles over it.

I purchased this futon for my 8 year old daughters room, which is too small!! We've not had a place for friends to sleep over unless they used the living room until now. This futon is cute, reasonable, great for limited space, and easy for even an 8 year old to convert into a bed (you just simply pull forward on the back and release.) By the descrition I thought that it might be a bit of a pain to assemble, but not at all..It was together in 10 minutes

This futon was exactly what I expeected. It arrived with one broken leg which was promptly replaced, I am very satisfied with the color and the quality of the product. For anyone that needs an inepensive guest bed this is the one.

Unfortunately I didn't read the reviews when I purchased this futon. It looks great in our living room, but I would never sit on it. It is very uncomfortable, obviously very cheaply made, very poor quality. I would never want any of our guests to have to sit on that. Very disappointed..

Very uncomfortable. Springs busted through the bottom after a couple of months of normal wear and tear. Not as sheek as portrayed in the picture.

I didn't notice the mini when I ordered the futon. It's made for children and we don't have any. So we won't use it and to mail this back is going to cost a lot of money.

IT'S TINY LOL!!! I was too busy trying to buy something and read the description and reviews AFTER. I have it sitting in my home office so I don't expect anyone to use it. We may put it in the bedroom in front of the bed as a cool sitting area to watch tv or read. I'm sure my little nieces and cousins will find it acceptable (10 years old and younger lol) but that's about it.

My futon shipped quickly but arrived with one broken leg, which Overstock resolved quickly via chat. It is very hard, as others stated in their reviews, but is fine for what I wanted. It's very low to the ground so probably not the right place for some to sit but looks cute and modern in the spare room that Ibought it for, and will serve well for an extra bed for a guest. It is simple to assemble (attach four legs), and modern looking. The microsuede fabric is actually nice, and I am overall happy with my purchase.

I ordered this Futon for a living room/family room. We just wanted something comfortable to sit on when we have extra people in the house. When we got the Futon, it was in a small box. I was a bit disappointed at how small this futon was. I can tell you, if you have a small space, this Futon is Perfect!! We loved the feel to it. It is very comfortable and true to its color. I really liked the style! It was just too small for our space. I had to return it. So if you are looking for something Comfortable, Stylish and small this Futon is for YOU!

The sofa was not as big as I thought it would be. The quality is ok for the price. Its a great sofa for a child's room as a guest bed.

Don't get this couch unless it will be in an area where it won't be used much. Yes it looks nice, just like the photo but trust me, it's not a very good piece of furniture. It is not at all comfortable and much smaller looking than I thought it would be. AND I paid over $$$$ for mine! At least they lowered the price.

the micro suede is soft but the mattress itself is not comfortable it is VERY lumpy, not comfortable to sit on, alright to lay on, very easy to make newer lumps, overall not that great. set up was very easy all you have to do is screw in the legs. converting from couch to bed and vise versa is very simple.

lets just say, its flat against a wall behind boxes for now and we are sitting again on old futon from college (10yrs+ old) did work out well as replacement.. felt like sitting on shoe box.. the padding felt worn out after 3days could feel springsd coming thru (i am 5'11'' 140lbs slim guy, btw) was really hoping for the best, now stuck with it .... costs too much to return, considering it was $$ bucks tho i hate to throw it away after 5days use... really annoyed.. would be great for kids or in a kids room... oe for a doggie bed in the den, or as a hallway/entry way bench... but as i live in manhattan i havent much space for it... wish could have gotten refund
