Not what I am use to from T-fal... I am an avid T-fal customer in that I buy NO other cookware. I like to think I take very good care of my T-fal to ensure the longest life possible (only nylon utensils, ONLY hand wash)... however this pan did not last but a few months before it warped in the middle and seemed to have lost it's "slick" non-stick surface. I know there are many types and quality versions of T-fal and I think this is one of the low grade (cheaper) versions as the quality was just not what I have come to know from T-fal.

Terrific Griddle This is a terrific heavy-duty griddle. The non-stick coating isn't a coating at all, but it is embedded in the griddle itself. So you can carefully use steel spatulas without fear of scratching the surface. It cleans up so easily.
