Nice Art . . . Cheaply Executed
I was looking for some oversize paintings for my oversize walls, so thought I found many nice things at Overstock. I ordered 2 of these -- not exactly the same but similar styles from the artist's series. I do like the artist's work and it suits the purpose for which I purchased, but I am disappointed that these are "flat" (like a photograph of a painting). A lot of times, a manufacturer makes the brushstrokes so the picture, even though not an original, has a textured appearance from the brushstroke treatment they apply. In this case, no texture which would have made these nice pictures, fantastic. Would recommend them to someone who is aware of this fine point but does not care for the faux texturing, although I think they are bit pricey for that.

Colorful
This painting really jumped-out at me online but when it arrived the reds were washed-out and the overall effect was a little cheap looking. It is a very large piece that fills a void but once I can afford another canvas for the space I will retire this one to the local Salvation Army Thrift Store. Understand - it is the washed-out colors that prevent it from being a great canvas. The online colors are actually very forgiving in this instance. Usually it works the other way around. However, out of the five canvas "prints" I've ordered from Overstock.com, this is the first time the colors just didn't measure up.

Statement Piece
This oversized canvas is a statement piece that will provide a focal point in any room you hang it. The colors are true to the photo on-line; warm and innviiting with a pleasing softness to the overall look. I've hung this above my fireplace, and it has pulled together the room, giving it the decorator touch at a great value price.

I am soooooooooooo pleased - the colors are spectacular. I have a very eclectic home with lots of art & this looks great with all the rest.

Canvas Art Purchase
Excellent service! The artwork had no "texture" which I would have preferred. Otherwise the colors were vibrant and the frame structure was well made. I am very satisfied and will continue to purchase additional products from Overstock.
