Easy to clean
First raclette we've owned. We immediately hosted a party for eight using both the raclette and two fondue pots. It was a novel experience for our guests. Raclette worked wonderfully, but using it for a party of six would be more practical since there was no way all eight people around our table could actually reach it (then again, that did promote more hospitality).
