After going back and forth with customer service that my order was incomplete and having to send them a copy of the description of the item that stated the stand included 40 capsules, they finally came back and said the item had changed and no longer included capsules and finally ended up refunding the amount paid. So, my first experience with Overstock has not been a good one. There is no phone # to call so you have to do everything via email. No where on the order form or invoice received with the order is there a phone # to call. That was a little unusual. However, someone did reply to my email by the following day. So, what are you suppose to do when ordering if you cannot rely on the description of the product? Is this going to happen again?

The order was received without the capsules and the response was that the order did not include capsules, so I had to send customer service a copy of the description of the order, which thankfully I had printed. You would think they would have the description of the item.
