A unique combination of pressure-relieving memory foam and adjustable air technology allows you to dial in your exact comfort level for your specific sleep style. Swiss Lux provides an infinite range of support settings from Ultra Plush to Extra Firm and back again.

- Cover care instructions: Do not wash or dry the mattress or cover. Cover is spot clean only. Use a mild soap, no chlorine bleach
- Remove from packaging within 72 hours of receipt to maximize memory foam expansion.
- This product arrives very tightly packed. Unwrap and allow 48 hours for this product to return to its original shape.
- Being sealed in plastic packaging sometimes traps odors. After unwrapping, allow product to air for a few hours.
- Due to machine-cutting manufacturing processes, there may be slight variances in the dimensions of this product.

Not at all what is shown
Single control, not dual control as indicated by customer service. Not something you would use other than to put up a guest - a guest you want to get out after a night.

swiss lux memory foam 12-inch air mattress
I have had the bed now for two weeks. The material of the air mattress is similar to the nicer air mattresses. The air pump is internal and works quite well. The memory foam is only about 2 to 3 inches thick. Im satisfied so far with the bed but I expect maybe 2 years max this bed will last.

Customer service told me they had 3 out of 15 of these returned for various reasons, none of which sounded like they didn't like it. (however, they have not been available very long) I am confused as the site clearly says non-refundable if opened. Are they or are they not returnable???

We will always accept defective items and if the item had a problem during shipping. Standard policy states under normal circumstances the item is not returnable.

Are there multiple air chambers within this mattress, or just one? I want to know if the whole bed will feel like a slouchy hammock that makes both people roll toward the center, or if it can be soft and stay level.
