I absolutely LOVE the swing arm curtain rods. They are great quality and look wonderful. I have them over my sliders and it makes the sliders look so much larger when they are open. Totally an optical illusion but definitely a good one. The only problem I have (and it could just be me putting them together) is that the arm does not match directly up with the molding. when I close the, I have to lift the rod up just a 1/2 inch or so to sit it on top of the molding. I am just very picky so that is what I do.

I chose this kind of rod for a sliding glass door that previously had vertical blinds :( This was perfect and when the door is opened, the rod swings open and I can swing in all the way to the wall if I want to or it will stay in a stationary place without moving until I move it myself. Very well made, not too heavy but made to be durable and to last. I'm very happy with it.

I am very pleased with the swing away rods. The color and quality are good, especially for the price. If I changed anything, it would be to enlarge the ball on the end of the rod. So many curtains now have the large ring holes and they will easily fall off. It's not an issue with me and I would definitely recommend them.

I neede "short" rods - not rods that spanned the windows. I recently purchased a cottage on the ocean and did not want any rod to distract from the view. I only put up guaze drapes to hang on each side of the windows. These are perfect. As usual, thank you.

I have not found this product in the big box stores, but I really like it as the swing factor allows access to shade pulls, and enables me to get the curtains out of the way to tilt the windows down for cleaning. Makes my life easier which is always a good thing!

I was looking for a swing arm curtain rod to use around a corner shower. This product was great because many of the other rods I looked at started at 19 inches, which was too big for what I needed. This product worked well, installed easily, and looks great.

I think this would work if you had a very light weight curtain to hang. The color was a bit odd and the antiquing look they were trying to get did not happen - it looked like random paint brushing on the metal. The brackets were also VERY large for the size of the rod. It did not fit in our trim and was too shallow to put on the outside of the trim. There were too many adjustments we would have had to make in order for this to work. I had to return this product.
