Received product with 3 pieces broken/bent. Customer service took care of that - 1 star Pot/Pan quality is very good - 1 star Handles are cheap plastic & will not last the life of actual pans. Thermometers didn't work on ANY of the lids - this is a total gimmick! Sure didn't receive any cookbook, DVD or instructions with this set. I would not recommend this set to anyone unless they change the plastic handles and remove the silly thermometers.

This is the most awesome cook set! There are temperature gages on the knobs that tell you how to adjust the temps. The steaming bowl is a cheese grater, there are utility bowls that set in the pans like a double boiler, and you can bake a cake in them while your other food cooks beneath! The pans stack so you can cook a whole meal on one burner! Oh, the handles hold the lids, and the lids can be used for trivets. I got a video with mine that shows all the wonderful uses and some recipes. I underbaked a cake last night because I didn't trust the pans, and I kept peeking:) I love this cookware!!!

I got this cookware from my girlfriend.This is the ONLY GENUINE surgical stainless steel I have found.Will outlast during your lifetime.
