Handle looks good, had all the parts, but is a little stiff. I applied a lubricant to loosen it up and it works better now. good price for a nice handle.

Nice handleset for the money Nice handleset for the money. It has been on the door for about 7 months and I am noticing the finish kind of rubbing off in a couple areas. I don't know if that is suppose to happen as it is a rubbed bronze or what...anyway, doesn't look bad but just noticably distressed....anyway, the quality is good and it does look nice. I think it is a good value for the money.

Great Buy I replaced my door handset because the old one never worked right. It was hard to open and did not always latch the door closed. This one was easy to install, looks great and now my door stays closed without having to lock it. My 5 year old neighbor said "finally I can open your door". I recommend this purchase.

Not great The quality of this was not as expected. It seemed a little light weight, especially the interior knob portion. I ordered the egg shape and It was obviously hollow so very light weight. Made in China. Have ordered many great items with no complaints..this one unfortunately going back.

We have Sure-Loc Front Door Vintage Bronze Finish Handleset ("Elegant", Item #: 13111342). Need to remove it to paint the door. Q1: How to remove the small circular part on the inside of the bottom of the door handle? Q2: We removed then reinstalled the deadbolt and now the key works very difficultly and won't even move the deadbolt its full throw; how to get it aligned correctly? Thanks, Bruce

Answer Q1: it just spins off by turning it counter-clockwise Answer Q2: the deadbolt cylinder tailpiece needs to be pulled out of the deadbolt latch, turned 180 degrees, and reinstalled.
