Front door handle This was the first time using Overstock. I thought by making this purchase, if I was unhappy I could always return the item. Well, the item came in the mail just in time for our handyman to install. I was pleased with the product which included everything needed for installing and included 2 keys. I am very happy!

Easy to install I have never installed a door knob with or without a lock. It was for a door with all the holes pre-drilled into it. Although, if you have to drill them, the instructions give directions and blue print how to do so. The installation instructions were easy to understand. I needed help lining up some of the holes to screw in, but all in all it was pretty easy to install. Plus it comes with 4 keys instead of the standard of just 2. It came with 2 minor scratches, thus the good quality instead of excellent. However, it does work very well and doesn't stick at all. The price was great! Any other store wanted almost double. I would recommend this door lock to anyone who needs a new one.
