I have been very pleased with this lock set. It fits snugly and has a hefty locking mechanism. The door is held nice and tight against the jamb so no unnecessary drafts coming in. I feel very secure having replaced my old lock set with this one.

Nice hardware It was difficult to find black hardware so happy overstock.com had this. It looks nice as described but came missing the deadbolt strike. Home Depot sells them for **. The deadbolt and key don't operate real smoothly but hopefully this will resolve in time or with WD40.

How do I get this keyed to my existing house key?

You would have to let a locksmith key it for you. Otherwise, you'd just install it and use the key that comes with it.

What is the keyway? Will a Schlage keyway fit this lock?

The key way is the path the key takes and is cut in order for it to turn the tumblers inside of the lock to make it work in a door handle like this. The keys that are going to be compatible with you will have to take the original keys that it comes with and compare it to the Schlage and if the key ways are the same then it can be cut to match and work but only if the key ways are the same. I am ordering several entry and passage knobs in egg shape vintage bronze. Can the interior knob with this handle set also be egg shape? If so how do I place that order?

Both are living finishes and will wear with time to show more of the bronze undertone. The Oil-Rubbed actually has more of a dusty look to it. I would describe it as the difference between milk and dark chocolate. The dark being the Vintange bronze. Both become more shiny with time.

what is the distance from the center of the bore hole to center of the bottom mounting bolt is? Do you have any sets where the distance is 7/34 inches?

The center to mounting bolt measurement on this SKU is 9 ¼ inch. The shortest one we sell is SKU 13103167, 13103159, OR 10883619. For those models the measurement is 8 3/8 inch. Does this handleset include the inside handle for the deadbolt and the handle?

Included is what is pictured for the front of the door. The interior of the door has a thumb turn for the deadbolt and an interior knob for the lower latch. If the flat black finish is ordered it will included and egg shaped knob. If either of the other two finishes are ordered a ball knob will be included, unless the customer has orderd other items and then we will match the interior knob to the other items ordered
