Does the job
This rug pad works perfectly fine. However, it is not a thick, cushy rug pad. It is thin, which is what I was looking for, since this is used under a rug that must fit under a doorway.

Stopped Slipping
This Rug Pad is great. The rug would slip and slide almost every time my Golden Retriever would walk across it. We put the Sure Hold Rug Pad under it and no more slipping.

Surprisingly high quality.
I purchased the rug to go over my tile flooring. I also purchased a mat to go under to prevent it from slipping. It turned out, I did not need the mat, and the rug stays in place on its own. The color is beautiful, and somewhat subdued. It will not distract from the color fashion of the room, but will enhance it. I have 3 dogs that lay on it, and when I vacuum it, the rug looks brand new, and this tells me it has superior quality. I am glad I purchased this rug.
