The picture looks much better than the actual slip cover. It is very thin and after only a week, the seat has an indentation from sitting on it. The color was not shown , but I expected "pearl", not light gold. Pearls are white or cream colored, so I don't know why they would choose that name. This will not hold up long. The price was too high for this product. I would like to have paid $20.00 for what I got. I have to say that the fit was good though. It would have been great if the material wasn't so thin.

I recently gave my living room a total makeover. I have a super comfortable La-Z-Boy glider rocker that I love, but it no longer matched anything in the room. I was debating getting rid of it though I really didn't want to. I covered it with this black chair cover and it's like a whole new chair. I love it! It matches the rest of the decor and is still the best seat in the house. So glad I gave this cover a chance and kept my chair. Very pleased with the results. Worth every penny.

I was a little worried when I ordered this slipcover because I have never purchased one before. I was so happy when I opened the package and saw the quality of the fabric. It was so easy to put it on my chair and fit perfectly. It turned my old faded recliner into a great looking new chair. There was nothing wrong with the chair, it was comfortable and reclined perfectly, just needed a facelift and this slipcover turned it into a great looking chair. Product was as described. Easy to install. Length was a little too long and hung on the floor for the footrest on my chair when the footrest was in the closed position, so I pinned it to the bottom of the footrest which alleviated the problem. I will be buying another one for my other recliner.

I would not recommend this for anyone who has a nice home and expects quality Spend the money on reupholstery instead than to waste 60 dollars on this! Huge disappointment NEVER AGAIN Plus big lots has these on close out for 35.00 so this is going straight back to the big O

We love this slipcover! We have a very expensive black leather recliner and our dog kept sitting on it, so we had to cover it with a blanket, that looked terrible. Now it looks great, and normal like a new chair. We are very happy with the slip cover and would recommend it to anyone.

I got this to go over a La-Z-Boy recliner that has been in my family for over 30 years. I converted the reclina-rocker into a computer chair by fashioning some 2x4 blocks to the side and mounting the rear speakers of my 5.1 surround sound system on them. The dated puke green look of the La-Z-Boy was quite an eyesore but I'd yet to find a more comfortable chair, so I looked this up to give it more of an updated look! Installation was a snap, just following the directions and using a bit of common sense and my old La-Z-Boy looked good as new! It even stretched over the mounted speakers. The material is very sturdy and strong, and comfortable but not quite the velvet fleece that I was expecting, it reminds me of a very soft towel with the appearance of carbon fiber, and the side pocket serves as a place to keep my pc peripherals when they're not in use, which frees up desk space. I recommend this to anyone who's wanting to update the look and feel of an old recliner.

I've had my slip cover on my chair for 20 days now and had not any problems with shifting, bunching or coming untucked. Thought since my chair is leather I would have those problems, very happy I do not. Wasn't to difficult to put on either. Glad I got it, gave me a new chair.

We bought this slipcover for a recliner that lifts up to help an elderly person get to standing position. We weren't sure if it would work on that type of chair, but it did. It was very easy to put on the chair. The elastic ties underneath were very helpful to insure that the cover doesn't pop off. In a matter of minutes it was fully installed, and it made an old, funky chair look new and fresh. Everyone who has seen it has commented on how good the chair looks now. I would definitely buy another one if we ever needed it. It is certainly cheaper than having someone reupholster the chair, and it looks just as good.

I took a chance on this recliner slipcover. I ordered two and much to my surprise when order arrived there were 2 slipcovers, one (1) piece slipcover, and one slipcover with 4 pieces. The 1 piece slipcover was much easier to get on the recliner. The 4 piece cover had 2 arm pieces, a top piece, and a bottom piece. That cover was pretty tricky to get on the chair...however, once it's on it looks great! Both slipcovers are huge improvements to our old, faitihful recliners. No problems with the cover popping off the bottom of the chair. I'm really very happy--I was just quite surprised to get two different styles of covers in the same order when I had simply ordered 2 of the same cover initially.

Purchased 1 month ago: Nice stretchy slip cover. Liked it so well, a few weeks later I bought my mom one for her extra large Lazy Boy. I'm pleased with this purchase. Elastic tabs are sewn underside in the creases. These are pushed to the underside of the chair where they can be stretched and tied for a secure smooth fit.

This is a very good decision on my part because I'm very happy with this recliner cover. I love my new slipcover. I checked out slipcovers from several different sites, and went with Overstock because of price and experience with other purchases. I did hesitate based on other reviews I read about this, but now that I have it in my home, I am glad I made the purchase. I purchased the black, and it really is like having a brand new chair. It looks fantastic and was easy and quick to put on.

The top portion of this slip cover was great, the bottom part that went over the foot rest, not so much. It never stayed on. Once someone sat in the chair and lifted the foot rest, the cover came off...every time. I wouldn't recommend it.
