This is the second rug pad I have ordered from overstock. Both have been terrific; the first is on third year of use, this one just now put under rug in dining room. Both very high quality and much less than similar products locally.
How did the color on site compare with the actual product? Perfect
Please tell us about the quality of the product. Very nice, came packaged much more compactly than the previous rug pad I had ordered.
How accurate was the on site description of the product? Yes
I have bought two of these pads, one under a a hand knotted rug over tile floor and the other under a similar rug over wall to wall carpet. In both applications the pad does the job well. The pads prevent the rugs from moving and protect the rugs from damage form chair legs etc. I would purchase the same pad again.

Please tell us about the quality of the product. the pad is dense but not super heavy or unweildy as some I have had

We needed some rug pads so we purchased a slightly larger one than needed and cut it into pieces to keep our small rugs from slipping. We throw away all the cheap rug pads from stores that are worthless.

I'm very happy with this rug pad. It's much thicker than the waffle pads that are sold locally. I put this under my dining room area rug and it makes the area rug seem so much more plush. I'm ordering another one for my living room. You need to order a size slightly smaller than the area rug so you can't see it peeking out along the edges.
I only rated the style as good, not excellent because I don't think it would be very easy to trim this rug down to a smaller size due to it's thickness.
Shipped when promised; free shipping; discounts were applied; measurement rec'd what was ordered; quality padding and will add a much longer life expectancy on my Asian and Persian rugs. Open package and put down onto floor-can put rug right onto it without waiting. The weight of the rug assures to flatten any folds that were there from shipping. No need to hesitate ordering.
Nice felt rug pad, I did not know the one side was "rubberized". The pad helps keep the rug in place without being held in place by furniture. I like the texture, not like the rubber pads that pull apart when you try to move them. This pad can be pulled by one end for easy placement.
I have recommended this pad to a friend, they wondered if would be a problem in a moist environment (concerned it would not "breath" and cause floor damage. I have not had this problem to date in a river environment.
I rated the style as average, because rug pads don't really have a style.
Thank you for contacting us kaitlinholt. It looks like this one is the only one but I attached below the link to all the 6X9 available on site. Please let us know if you have any further questions.

How do you know what size of pad to buy. My rug size is 130" by 81". What size of pad do I buy?oz12345 on Feb 12, 2013Please enter a valid question.Answer This Question
Thank you for your inquiry. First thing you should do is convert your measurements to feet since the pads are measured that way. Keep in mind you don't need the pad to run the same length as the rug. The pad can be smaller than the rug cause it is used to stop the rug from moving but if want it to be flush throughout the rug get as close as you can to the rug you have just depends on your preference.overstockcustomercare1 on Feb 13, 2013
You need to buy a pad at least the size of your rug. You then need to cut it down so that the rug is larger than the pad. You want about 1.5" difference so that the rug overhangs the pad.mch1234 on Jan 19, 2014
