I brought this rug pad to put under a wool rug, on a hard wood bamboo floor, It is quite thick and raised the heigt of the carpet a fair amount. We like it that way as it makes the carpet super cushy under foot in our mountain cabin. The rug pad does a great job of securing the carpet, it does not move around at all which is great as it is in a high traffic area. Happy with my purchase!

This is the thickest rug pad I've ever seen. This rug pad is under the front door rug and it's very sturdy and so far has not let the rug shift at all. I had to cut it a bit smaller and it's so thick it was almost hard to do with regular scissors. Great rug pad!

This is a nice carpet pad. I will be buying another one. Top side is felted, bottom side and slight roughness so it doesn't slip. It makes my rug seem cushey. Nice buy.

Does exactly what a arug pad is supposed to do. Keeps rug from moving and provides a nice underbody. It does raise ithe rug slightly and I had to move it away from the door.

Good rug pad at a reasonable price. I ended up returning because I ordered the wrong size but that was my fault. Replaced it with the same thing in the right size.

Perfect for my rug in the foyer. Gives enough cushion without making the rug too high for the door to open.

This rug pad is very good and does stabilize my entry area rug well, on my hardwood floor. It also adds a layer of "cush". My only regret is that it is about a foot shorter than I would like. A pad closer to the rug size, but not too big would be perfect. Seems the sizes of the new area rugs are not as well regulated as in the past. I find I have to go bigger or smaller as needed and adjust the pad accordingly.
