Hi, I'm very happy with this rug pad for an expensive area rug I purchased. I had a thin square plastic
mat but the grout lines of my tile started to show through the rug. So, I purchased this thicker surface
pad and it works great! Delivery was fast and easy plus price was good as I compared prices.

The pad works beautifully, gives the rug a slight cushiness, and was about a third of the price quoted to me by a local rug store. I didn't notice any bad smell or lint.

I PURCHASED TWO OF THESE. ONE FOR A HEAVY WOOL PERSIAN RUG AND THE OTHER FOR A LIGHTWEIGHT WOVEN AUBUSSON RUG. THE PAD WORKED GREAT FOR BOTH AND AND THE SIZES WERE PERFECT FOR MY RUGS. NO TRIMMING WAS REQUIRED. ALL RUGS DO NEED A PAD UNDERNEATH. PROTECT YOUR INVESTMENT!

This pad is nice because it works well over carpet. However, we have had the pad down for a few days and the rubber side sheds.

This rug pad does the job, but I'm disappointed in how thin it is - about a 1/4 inch. I was expecting something closer to the padding under a carpet. Nevertheless, it does improve the comfort of our rug, and because of the reasonable price, I intend to keep it.

Delivery was very quick! I was pleasantly surprised with how easy it was to handle - no crimps or wrinkles that needed to be smoothed out - I was able to place my carpet on the pad right away. What a difference a nice carpet pad makes - perfect size - I'm very pleased.

Excellent product - keeps my 9x12 oriental rug (which sits on top of wall to wall carpet) from bunching up around the feet of the sofa. Lays beautifully flat.

Delivery was prompt and package was well wrapped. It is under a 9'3x12'4 area rug and fits perfectly - no trimming necessary. I did not think the nice area rug needed much, if any, extra padding, but now I'm glad I bought the pad. It has added a luxurious feel under foot.

We have tile floors and two large rugs that needed padding. The carpet pads arrived most timely, packarge well. Both pads are exact fit and make the rugs feel better than the wall to wall carpet upstairs. They are everything they are said to be.....we are most happy with this purchase(s).

I have procrastinated the purchase of a rug pad since hardwood floors were installed for my Persian carpet for over a year. Since the carpet is an odd size I needed to cut the pad to fit, it was not easy cutting since it is very sturdy. It has made a huge difference--looks and feels great. I've since bought 3 more for another room.

Bought 3 of these rug pads and I love them! I'm furnishing my house and purchased 3 area rugs from Ethan Allen. I did not buy the rug pads that go with these rugs because they were really expensive from Ethan Allen but instead looked on Overstock. I'm glad I did because I spent a third of the cost and the quality is the same. Thank you Overstock!

I've ordered a total of 6 of these rug pads. They are wonderful ... stay in place on hardwod flooring and make my rugs more comfortable to walk on. Perfect!

We purchased this pad to secure a bound carpet in a bedroom with a tile floor. We were pleasantly surprised by the density of this pad yet it cut to fit easily. We have just begun to use it, but it seems to be a very nice quality and helps absorb the sound well, a nice plus. The carpet definitely feels better with this pad below it, and it's nice that it won't be slipping on the tile. We're very pleased with this purchase, and can't complain about the service, as it only took about 3 days for it to arrive! Would definitely recommend this product to a friend.

Nice thick pad at a good price. It smelled a little funny when I first unwrapped it but the odor quickly faded.

It is not worth the price, I have had better quality from Overstock for the same grade. Maybe this is not the grade I had ordered, this seems thinner than what is in our other rooms.But I still love Overstocl.com! ;0Kmember, and shop many times a year {;0}

After reading the glowing reviews I am shocked at how thin this pad is. It doesn't add any cushion to my rug. I'm wondering if overstock sent me the wrong item or if it's a second. There was no item ID on the packaging.Usually I'm thrilled with my O purchases, but this one I could have done without. I already folded up my 90lb Persian rug so I'm gong to use the pad, although I don't think it serves any purpose.
