A nice thick pad, it really makes the rug look and feel better. Only problem was getting it to lay flat out of the package - took a while to settle but fine now. I am pleased witht his pad.
After moving into a home with virtually all hardwoods, we had to find quality carpet pads for all of our rugs. This pad has a good cushion, so it feels great with any type of rug or carpet remnant. Keep in mind the height around doorway entrances because it is thicker than most pads you purchase in stores.
I purchased three different sizes: 1 that I cut in half for two runners, and 2 that were for "art squares." Each of the pads that to be cut and trimmed. The trimming is relatively easy. The product is wonderful. The runners don't slide on the wood floors and the art squares stay in place. The padding itself is just perfect for the thick wool rugs that I have in these rooms which got a lot of traffic. I have seen the pads at twice the price in other locations. Would I recommend these pads? Absolutely!

I purchased this to go under my area rug in kitchen. It gives a nice thick feel to the rug and was so easy to install. I had to cut a bit off because the rug was just a few inches smaller than the pad. Very nice padding - I purchased other sizes to go under other rugs in my home. Highly recommended.
