The item is not package well. The table top edging got some dings in the second one they sent. The first one they sent was so damaged our UPS driver would not even bring it to us. They should really step up the level of "cushion" between "the goods" and "the most exterior box." Assembly took over 4 hours. Save yourself the effort of multiple runs and just grab every tool you own and bring it to the kitchen on the first trip.

Nice craftsmanship in this "assemble it yourself" island. Took a couple of hours to assemble but everything fit nicely and the cabinet is both beautiful and functional. Customer service was great at Catskill Craftstmen....one of the panels was damaged during the delivery process and the nice folks in Stamford had a replacement shipped out the same day ... and we received it the next day. Can't beat that!

THE ONLY CART I COULD FIND IN THIS WIDTH. RAISED PANELS ARE A VERY NICE FEATURE. ASSEMBLY WENT EXACTLY AS DIRECTED...ALL HARDWARE INCLUDED, WITH EXTRA PIECES. I ADDED REENFORCING BLOCKS FOR CASTERS AND REPLACED PIN-TYPE CASTERS WITH SCREW-ON TYPE, TO TAKE THE WEIGHT ( I HOPE !) OF A GRANITE TOP I USED INSTEAD OF INCLUDED TOP. ALL MATERIALS ARE SOLID AND ATTRACTIVE. VERY SATISFIED.

Great product and great service. UPS broke 3 pieces delivering the unit and the manufacturer shipped out replacements ASAP. Awesome support and service!
