This bunk bed made a very nice addition to our little girls room. The bed goes with just about any set of comforter and pillows. It is very sturdy and would easily hold my wife or me. It came well package and we put it together in about 2 hours. This is great ready to assemble item.

I am very pleased with the bunk bed. First of all it arrived only 3 days after I had purchased it! And when it came time to set it up it was pretty easy. I would recommend this product to anyone who wants a nice looking bunk bed but doesn't want to spend an arm and a leg on it.

This bunk bed was easy to put together. Follow the directions. Here is a caution. When placing the top rails make sure that you have planned for the ladder. It is easy to get the two top rails backwards. You won't notice the mistake until you are almost completly finished putting the beds together. Other wise, it took my husband and I about three hours. We felt the product is very utilitarian. It works for our two grandchildren for the times they visit us. I felt like the way the bunk beds can easily be taken apart to make two identical twin beds. The beds are strong, but best suited for kids or young teens. The beds arrived in three days. I am very happy with my purchase from Overstock. This would be a product I would reccomend to a friend.

This is a task to put together but certainly worth it in strength, and value. It's very strong and sturdy and perfect for my twin boys. It's not too heavy to move around the bedroom if need be, and I'm confident it will hold up to them for years to come.

We love this bed! It was a great price, we have two children that are a little older, but they fit fine in it, and they love it too...it took a little while to put together (about 3 hrs) but was not very complicated, and worth the 3 hours for the price. With the free shipping etc. we feel we got a great buy!

These beds are excellent for my kids. They are a little lower to the ground when they are separate, which is good for small children soon to be bigger children. They are sturdy, and easy to put together.

My 4 year old boys love this bed! It's very sturdy! They share the bottom bunk since the recommendation for the top bunk is 6 years old. It was easy to put together and I love the option that the beds can be 2 twin beds, as well. I bought the 6" bunk bed mattresses from Overstock and they work great!

The bed takes some time to put together - about 2 or so hours, but it is very well constructed and very sturdy. Great bed for the price.

I recently bought this bed for my six year old. It is a very decent value. I actually spent more money on the mattresses then the actual bed. I looked at similar models for double the price. If you are planning on building it yourself you better plan for about six hours of assembly though. If I could do it again I would have waited until my partner came home to help me assemble it. You also might want to use a hammer with a rubber head to put the plastic tabs in place that secure the actual mattress platform. Really decent deal. My daughter absolutely loves it.

This is a great set of beds for either children or teens. It can be used as both bunk beds or taken apart and used as seperate twin beds. It is sturdy and went together fairly easy. For the money it is a good value.

ordered this for my 4 year old - it's good, sturdy product and will last a few years. it is NOT easy to assemble though, it came in 100's of tiny pieces and was missing a batch of the screws and washers which we had to buy (as it will take at least 5 days to be replaced by warehouse). there are probably easier beds to buy and assemble for similar price but once done it's very good.

Love the bed. More importantly my son loves it. Was not so happy with the delivery. It was very heavy & FedEx would not bring it inside. I'm fairly handy but deferred to my contractor friend to assemble. He said it wasn't difficult but still took him 2+ hrs. to put together. Thats my reason for the 4 stars. Once the product was complete, it is a 5 star bed. My advise is not to get a standard bunkbed (cot) mattress. I got the "Slumber 1 - 8'' Mattress-In-a-Box" which is an 8" coil mattress. It is definitly not too high for the bed and my 6 yr old is sleeping sounder than ever before.

We ordered these beds for my daughter's birthday and they are exactly what we were looking for. They are sturdy, pretty and the metal takes up less space in the small bedroom than large wooden beds would have, which is why we chose them. They're clean-lined and modern and my kids love them. A great value for the price, and we are very pleased.

I purchased this item in January '10 for my twin daughters to use as separate beds. It took exactly six nights (three weeks) for one of the supports for one of the beds (middle support) to buckle (the lower bed in the photograph) The defect in manufacturing could have easily injured one or both of my daughters. My daughters are six years old, average height and weight, I loved these bedframes when they were first set up. My ex-husband did the set-up, It was easy for him. But I'm really disappointed in the outcome.
