    Holds adequate amount of water, good heating speed, and has no funny smell (such as plastic) to the water even at the second refill. We have used at least eight to ten different models by various makers over the last 15 years both at work and home. This one is very good and we hope that it will last.

  • Great Hot Water Dispenser for the price.

    Rather than spending the extra money on a Zojirushi, I tried out this brand. It is surprisingly well made and gets the job done. I can't guarantee the same energy saving capabilities, but It is nominal. The only draw back is that when it is less than 1/5ths water left, the pump won't be able to deliver the rest of the water. You will hear the pump working, but the water will disperse in spurts or not at all. At that point it needs to be refilled. So the dispensing capacity is less than the fill capacity of 5 Liters. Otherwise, I am very satisfied and would highly recommend this product for the many uses and convenience of having hot water:
