quiet and effective. solved my moisture problem in my basement. used the hose option that runs to a drain so I set it to the desired humidity and that's it. The machine does the rest.

I am very happy with this dehumidifier. It has great options for fan speeds and humidity levels and is very easy to use. The bucket is easy to slide out, carry, and dump without making a mess at all. It is a little loud in the high fan speed but we only use this speed very rarely. The low speed is a comfortable noise level and does a good job at pulling the water out of the air. Def. recommend.

The dehumidifier is superb. I have had many in the past. This drains an enormous amount given the bucket size. You need to go a long way to find a better unit. I bought one earlier for the same price the same week and it is 20 % of your bucket size. The de freeze feature is excellent. Thanks Overstock.

Unpacking is the biggest job of this product.I have the smaller 30pt model also.Both are very reliable.This summer I take out about 90pts of H2O from my cellar and back room per day!I empty the buckets into my watering cans for the garden.Highly recommended.

After a week, we are thrilled with this dehumidifier. We have it in the basement, and within a day the musty smell down there was gone. It also improves the "freshness" of the air throughout the house. The house actually seems cooler even though the thermostat is on the same setting we always have it on.It is a large appliance, so check the dimensions before ordering. Also, we got a great price through one of Overstock's many fantastic coupons. I love Overstock!

It's been running on turbo for a month. Fills to brim every 30 hours. We have it in the basement so noise is not a factor. At this point I would definitely recommend it!
