This little heater is doing the job it was intended for, supplemental heating for a chilly bedroom. The Overstock price was a nice steal compared to other websites, so overall we're quite happy with this product. The only things I would mention as potential problems (though not for us) is the fan noise, which was a bit more than I expected, and the wooden case, which is a bit more rustic than the pictures show.
