UNBELIEVABLE PERFORMANCE A+
 from Chicago,  May 15, 2013

Great little vacuum with amazing suction power. Like the fact that there is no bag to change and the dust bin is transparent so you can see when it needs to be emptied. The turbo brush is fabulous for removing hair from carpets or furniture. I bought it with my new Sunbeam steam mop and what a great pair of household cleaning tools. Oh and it is so light, not heavy like so many canister vacs on the market.

Very poor suction
from Knoxville, TN,  Apr 29, 2014

very poor suction, I have hardwood floors and I frequently have to go over the same spot three or four times to get the dust up. The hose disconnects from the vacuum when you pull it, I has to be screwed back together each time you use it. Very frustrating. I also cannot fine replacement filters for the machine.

This vacuum cleaner works great.
 from Texas,  Jun 22, 2013

This vacuum cleaner is powerful and easy to use. The cord automatically rewinds itself and the canister is easy to clean after use.

Not Impressed…
from Miami, FL,  Jun 21, 2013

OK.. So the vacuum arrived today in the mail & I was really excited about it. I previously owned a 5 gallon $&* cheap shop vac (the wet/dry kind). I know it sounds ghetto, but I loved that thing. YEs, it was loud but it was powerful & worked for everything. Anyways, one day my fiancé had a great idea to use it to clean the engine out of our cigarette (its a boat), that he had just added oil to the 2 engines & spilled it everywhere… & that was the end of that vacuum. So while shopping for a new one, I wanted something similar to the previous vacuum without being appealing to a guy trying to clean things outside with. So back to this little canister thing. I Opened the box and put the attachments together to "vacuum" the area rug in our bedroom. Our house has all hard floors/tile, with area & throw rugs throughout. I switched the attachment to carpet, which just make the row of hard bristles stick out a little bit. I start vacuuming. Some of the dog hair on the carpet was being picked up but the canister didn't seem to have any in it. So I stopped & looked at the end of the vacuum. All the hairs are stuck in the bristles of the brush & the suction is so light it couldn't suck the hair up. (Meanwhile, my fiancé is laughing, "So is that a $%^ vacuum you bought on ebay?" "Is that a vacuum?" "Return that thing") So now, Im getting upset. I cleaned the single row of bristles out and turned the vacuum to hard floor & tried the carpet again. Nada. So I ended up vacuuming the floor with just the stick part of the vacuum without any attachments attached. I emptied the canister (which, thumbs up on that part because it was really easy). So then my fiancé bet me $10 it wouldn't pick up a quarter, or a penny. I figured it should pick up a penny right?? So we threw some assorted change on the ground (hard floor), put the vacuum attachment part back on and tested it. It wouldn't even pick up a penny. So then I removed the attachment & tried with just the hose part. It sucked up the penny, and I forced it to suck up the quarter. (I hate loosing). As soon as I turned the vacuum off the quarter comes bouncing back out :( So after the change test I look in the canister to empty the penny out. Its not there. ??!! So The penny got stuck in the hose by the handle part & never made it to the canister I had to shake it out. On another note, when I picked the vacuum up to remove the canister, the little engine was hot… surprisingly hot.. Only after maybe 10 minutes of use in total (between the area rug & the change test). The buttons on this thing (1 for power & 1 for the cord) are loose & don't seem that they will last long. The hose and wand attachments have got to be an inch if not less in diameter. (Which is extremely small compared to any vacuums hoses). The attachments to me look like they could be cool if the vacuum they attached to actually had suction, otherwise worthless since this vacuum picks up nothing if you have any attachment attached to it. The cord wrap thing is cool too. The vacuum is made for someone much less shorter than me, maybe ideal for a leprechaun. Im 5'10 & even with the attachments all on I found myself bending pretty far over trying to use this thing. You have got to be 5 1/2 feet or less for this vacuum to be comfortable to use as a floor vacuum. My 2 yr old 560 roomba thats on its last leg (or wheel I should say), works better than this. Its suction is more powerful. For those of you that do not own a robot roomba, let me clarify: The roomba is an assistant that is good to add to your normal cleaning routine. It doesn't replace completely a old fashioned broom or a vacuum. For me the roomba is more of a toy than anything. Yes, its good for a quick sweep or spot clean when your busy. The only thing this vacuum may be good for is the occasional sand or dirt brought in from outside. Maybe dust. If you have pets forget it. Bottom line I find this thing to be a waste of money. Im going to attempt to return it which might be hard since Ive used it, but we will see. If your looking for a canister vac, you can either spend the big bucks for a pretty one or just bite your lip & buy a wet/dry shop vac. Forget what your friends or family say, because shop vacs have some serious suction and clean wet & dry spills & they also can be switched to blow instead of suck. Its the budget conscious decision. If I am able to return this I plan to replace it with a wet dry vac & paint the darn thing hot pink so he's not temped to use the new one for outside projects. As for the 5 star review… She must have a hairless cat or something because I just can't see this vacuum coming anything close to 5 stars. My 2 stars is extremely modest.
