I have used these repellers (Sunbeam and others) for years. They take a little time to work, but since I have used them over time, I have not had ants for the last 8 years, (we have a lot on the ocean), they help keep out and control fleas, spiders, and more. (I found that don't work on silverfish). The only problem is that these don't work behind the cupboards and walls, and this is clear on the packaging. If used correctly, they are great!

Right now, it's not possible to write a review on this product. One of the units is "sparking" and I'm not sure what that means. I need to call Sunbeam to find out if this is normal. Also, I haven't had the two units long enough to make sure they do indeed work. I'll be happy to write a review once I've spoken with Sunbeam.

so far it is keeping the bugs away,it makes a clicking noise, but it does not bother us, we have had a problem with stink bugs.

This product does not warrant a star. All it does is make noise. Please don't waste your money. If I had saved the box that it came in I would have sent it back.

DON'T LIKE IT. MAKES A CLICKING SOUND, ALMOST LIKE DRIPPING WATER.
