To prevent fading, keep fabric out of direct sunlight. Rotate cushions and vacuum beneath them regularly. Clean all pieces simultaneously to prevent any variances in color. Chenille fabric are to be spot clean using professional dry cleaner only.

Mismatched colors
The colors of the sofa and loveseat did not match. The warehouse claims they shipped the correct colors. The loveseat is closer to a very light grey, and the sofa is a light tan. It may be a variation from the manufacturer. In daylight the difference is quite apparent, and unacceptable.
