Disappointed
I was really excited about these pillow but when I received them, the colors were much more dull than they looked online. This is understandable as online images can't be expected to be completely accurate, but the color was described as off-white when it is actually a darker ivory. Also, the pillow insert is very flat. Even after trying to fluff it up in just slumps over on the couch. The embroidering isn't bad, but it is just such a heavy texture with dull colors, I wouldn't call it "fresh."
- How did the color on site compare with the actual product? Actual product color is much more dull than what is shown on the site. It's not off-white, more ivory
- Please tell us about the quality of the product. Low quality pillow insert and cover
- How accurate was the on site description of the product? I wouldn't describe the pillow as "fresh"
