I originally purchased this set to use as a cover for my duvet. I planned on purchasing a separate, nicer looking coverlet to go on top. However once the set arrived and I put them on my bed I was surprised to find that it looks wonderful on its own. The color is rich and it lays/fits very well to the bedding. The fabric could be softer to the touch but since sheets are between you and the duvet while sleeping I'm not too concerned. The fabric was not too heavy so my down comforter stays nice and fluffy. I believe this is a wonderful buy for the price and would recommend it highly.

This feels like silk! In fact, since the shams weren't needed on my guest bed, I now use them as pillow cases on my own bed.
This duvet was such a wonderful surprise. I expected something ordinary, just a ho-hum fabric with an adequate fit. But this cover has a wonderful sheen, with luxurious raised stripes. It fits like a dream and just doesn¿t seem to wrinkle!
I read the reviews and thought it might need to be said again. The blue is not a true blue, more like a blueish lilac grey color. Which is what I wanted so I am quite happy with it. It wrinkles out of the drier, but is soft and cozy, and pillow shams matched (had trouble with another set). I like it a lot.
Good duvet cover for the price. seems a bit bigger than my comforter and I have a hard time keeping it in the correct position but overall a good value. Love the light green color and fabric is good quality.
