Faux is the right word!
This was supposed to be faux leather. Instead it is a printed jersey like material that in no way shape or form can be mistaken for leather. The color is a beautiful deep chocolate brown, but it is not faux leather. I bought it to go in a room that has all brown leather furniture, so I was very disappointed when this was not a vinyl product. VERY MISLEADING!

Saved an old pink wingchair
I'd recommend this product because it's a very good way to save an ugly but usable chair. The material is a bit weird but the look it gives is pretty good. Like some other reviews said it is a bit loose in the back but I just faced it against a wall... problem solved.. or you can probably use push pins or duct tape under the chair to pull it tighter and no one will be the wiser. I got it on sale with an extra discount coupon.. which is why for the price.. it is totally worth it!

The slip covers are of excellent quality, affordable and easy to use. They do have the appearance of soft leather once they are on the wing chairs and are very soft. I would definitely recommend these slipcovers to anyone. Very happy.

Good value
It was a bit of a challenge trying to figure out how to put it on the chair, but once I figured it out, it was very easy. I don't have a standard wing back chair with the T cushion so it is bunched up under the front of the arms, but I think it looks fine. Yes people will figure it out that it's a slipcover, but it is cheaper than buying a new chair and only getting $** in a garage sale.

This was a wonderful buy for me. I purchased a wing back chair for $30. The colors did not match my living room at all, so I got online and found this beautiful stretch faux-leather wing chair slipcover. I absolutely love it.
