I would recommend this product to anyone doing new home construction or remodeling. I purchased these hinges to replace existing hinges. They fit perfectly into the old cut outs of the previous hardware. The hinges are well made and match perfectly with the oil rubbed door hardware that we recently (purchased from Overstock.com) installed.

We replaced the crappy old "brass" doorknobs with oil-rubbed bronze ones - a nice upgrade, but the old brass hinges suddenly didn't look so good anymore. All the interiior doors in my home are being changed to update the look. At my local Home Depot, these same hinges were double the price. I found this on Overstock, quite by accident when I was looking for something else. It taught me a lesson - ALWAYS check with Overstock before buying an item elsewhere. Who would have thought that Overstock carried door hinges? Lucky me!
