This is a pretty sterling frame, but I purchased it expecting it to be completely made of silver but that is not the case. The frame has a silver front that seems to be mounted on a wooden frame - so the sides and back of the frame are wood. It is well made, but I was expecting the frame to be made of silver on the sides also, which it is not.
