The product arrived with some serious flaws in the metal joints, as though there had been a warp in production or a mishandling when boxing the product. In addition, the instructions were very scant and difficult to understand. In the end, the futon proves useful, but the assembly caused some unnecessary frustrations.
it took two hours to assemble. the instruction sheet was a picture..it didn't even really tell you how to put it together. the mattress is folded in 3 sections and all of these sections feel different. one part is firmer than the other. it feels like you're lying on three separate cushions. it's also very low to the ground. I am extremely disappointed with this purchase. the only perk i really found with it... the 2 throw pillows are comfortable.it looks much better online than in person.
