i purchased the pillows in cognac and was pleased with their appearance and quality. The color varies according to the lighting conditions and which way the pillows are brushed, but overall the pictures accurately depict the color. Although other reviews said no loose threads, I found a few. Overall, I was satisfied with the quality, although I would reccommend 20" pillows for comfort. These seem a little small.

These beautiful pillows are an EXTREMELY fine velveteen, rather than a microfiber type of faux suede. They're about 21" diagonally, & less than 18" short way across, which makes a perfect fit in the corner of the couch. There isn't a single thread hanging out anywhere, and feel like they'll last for years. The cognac color is a little brighter than the picture when you look at it from the high sheen angle, but I love them - they are such a rich color. Another home run for the money!
