Shipping was super fast & the "Floormate" is great. Easy to use/assemble. Great for cleaning both large and small areas. Great on hardwood floors. I have already recommended this product to friends and family.

As always, Overstock.com got my purchase to my house way before I expected it to arrive. It was a snap to put together and works like a dream. My older (but in good shape) linoleum kitchen floor was beautifully clean and it was so easy to do. LOVE my steam mop.

This is a great tool! I think the steam mop is the greatest invention! It saves me so much time and I feel my floors are cleaner due to the steam. I do spray a floor cleaner on the floor and then use the steam mop for added cleaning power! The only thing I don't understand is why the mop does not have an on/off switch. I have to unplug it from the outlet. This requires some creative thinking so I don't get trapped! I have very hard water here in Dover, so I definitely follow the recommendation to use distilled water. The pads are easily washed in the washing machine. I am very happy with the mop. It works nicely on the vinyl on the kitchen floor and it does the hardwood, both the original oak as well as new laminate, quite well!

I use this to steam clothes, I don't like to iron, and it works beautifully. Then I put it back together and steam the floors. It is a wonderful tool.

This is a great tool for keeping tile floors clean. I have dogs, the vacuum gets the hair, the scrubbers clean well, and the cleaning fluid helps it all and makes it smell good too!

We would definitly recommend this product to friends; as a matter of fact we already have. It is very effective as a cleaning tool. The only drawback is that it doesn't hold enough water, so you frequently need to refill it.

Small and easy to handle. Produces a good amount of steam - at first I was worried I would have to keep refilling to get the job done, but it goes and goes. Comes with all of the tool attachments - so of course I have had to try a few, and have not been disappointed.

I really like the steam mop. I have all hardwood floors. It's very easy to use. Heats up fast and cleans really well. It would be easier if the water tank would be a little bigger, but it's a great tool!

In my opinion, it is worth every penny, I have 2 dogs, a cat and a husband who refuses to remove his shoes in the house. I clean up after them continually and the steam mop is an invaluable tool making my job much easier and faster.Overstock offered a fantastic price and wonderfully fast and courteous service.

I have another model with an ON button and love it! We have a B&B and needed a couple more to make life easier. This model has to be pumped to operate. I paid more than twice as much for these then the first one I got from brads deals which would have been fine if they worked the same. Shark steam mops are a great tool I just would not recommend this model.

My mother in love got one and she raved about it. I looked it up, it was kinda expensive. I looked it up on Overstock and was shocked at the price. I ordered it, used my points and free shipping. I didn't expect too much, but wow, this is an awesome cleaning tool. I have tile and wood floors and I need help because we have two big dogs. I use a mop in invented to get dust and hair and then I use the steamer to clean and shine the floors. Get one...and buy one for Christmas or Holiday gift

Got this to clean my grill. So far I clean the exhaust fan above the stove, removed the green stuff below the window siding, removed mildew from sinks and became by toy for me as my wife dares me to clean things around the house. You may need to refill the tank a couple of times if the project is big, however I rather do that than having a heavy tool. Found it cheaper at ***, however Overstock matched the price. My wife is impressed!!! ;)

This is a total thumbs up product. I have new kitchen and dinning room floors and this product makes it soooo easy to clean. Works great in the bath room with the triangle cleaning pad. Have not yet used the retangle dust pad, but can't wait to try it. It was a snap to clean the kitchen and bath room floors. I am encouranging all my family and friends to get this product. This is one the best and easiest cleaning tools I have used in a very long time. If an old retired person like myself can use this so easily, anyone can. Absolutely great if you have little "rug rats" that come to visit. Happy cleaning!!!

After months of looking at many other steam mops on the internet, I stumbled across this one and have found my favorite new cleaning tool. My house is all ceramic tile, and we use carpet runners to help cushion our steps in some places. My ceramic tile is not just plain ceramic tile, it is white and has pits to give it a speckle look of blue grey (to me it looks dirty even when it's clean). I had been using Swiffer wet pads for the last 4 years in our home after I got tired of using an old mop just pushing around dirt. I liked that the wet pads cleaned but didn't leave the floor feeling clean only sticky and after realizing all the times I bought them at $15 a pop I could have had this. So with permission (because it is more expensive than most) and my Mother's day gift I bought this. Pros: - Heats up fast -Has different cleaning pads for different jobs, as well as brushes to scrub (bristles are all one length, so didn't clean my grout, but I could tell was sanitized when using the pads) -Unit is easy to assemble, just one screw -Water tank comes off the unit for easy filling -Is light weight in my opinion, but you can feel the difference when the pads are soaked -CR motion is great for my tiles helps clean better than just steaming back and forth -Steam is hot enough to get rid of spots that have been on my floors for months (mudroom by backdoor has tiles that take up mud almost instantly, this removed it when Swiffer pads did not) -2 different steam options, green for carpets and wood flooring, red for tiles and harder to clean spots -Tank of water lasts about 15-20 minutes when just using the steam mop, when using CR motion mine unit uses more water, so refill more frequently when using this setting -Carpet glide helps refresh my carpet runners as well as help with stains when you spray your stain remover on the carpet, then run the machine over, then blot -Can tell the difference in the two different types of cleaning pads, the scrubbing ones have a weave in them and polishing ones are more of a loose microfiber -Throw the pads in the washer to get them clean, DO NOT PUT IN THE DRYER -Extra pads are sold *** and well worth the price -When using CR motion it sounds a little less quitter than my vacuum (a video review it sounded like a tank) -Machine maneuvers great, mop head pivots all around to get into hard to reach places -Overall great steam mop Cons: -Removing pads and putting them back on when pads get to wet (I have solved this by lining the pads with the edges of the heating mat that you get, top to top edge for the first, bottom to bottom for the second, removing the old and then lifting the unit and placing it back down on the heating mat so that the pads are aligned) -Uses more water when in CR motion (in my opinion) -Scrub bristles included are not really for grout, but for more outside purposes -4 scrubbing pads and 2 polishing pads included. Not enough in my opinion, but that is why they sell extras. Overall I really enjoyed this mop, not really ideal for steaming mattresses or furniture as the inside pamphlets say, but really just for the floor. Do not store this with water in the tank. I have been using distilled water to make my unit last longer because we have hard water. Make sure to air dry pads and not put them in the dryer.
