  I havent used it yet, I bought it but when it arrived it had no instruction booklet, I looked online but not there either. I called company and they said they would get one out to me. I hope it works up to the Oreck reputation. I will let you all know.

  I have used my new mop twice, now, with wonderful results. It was very easy to put together, and my floors never looked so clean! Thank you... another Overstock Home Run for me..

  I loved the way this machine worked however, it broke after an hour. I called Overstock and they replaced it free of charge and sent me the retun label within minutes. I am happy to say I am very pleased with the new machine we got and it is still working!!!!

  This item was purchased for use at our beach house where tile floors are in the majority. Generally I scrub these on hands and knees twice a year, for regular cleanning I swiffer. Have to say I was not happy with the results. After the scrub they were clean but I was in pain and the regular cleanning after much rubbing looked ok was just not clean enough. This item cleaned throughly very quickly with very little moisture left behind. I am much happier! One hint: be sure to follow the directions to run the steam into a sink or tub until producing only steam to reduce the residual water. Also love that the cleanning head will accept old cut towles as cleanning pads.

  I received this, put it together in 5 minutes and used it after reading the instructions- it quickly and thoroughly cleaned the carpet and after vacuumed the next day you could not tell the difference of where I used it and where I hadn't
