This cleaner though little is excellent. It met all my expectations especially on a stubborn tub that nothing would get really clean. Also did an excellent job on the microwave. It was easy to use and got into little spaces. I was amazed at all the attachments it had. Everything I have ever gotten from overstock has been excellent and this was no exception. I had shopped around before buying this and finally got it from Overstock.

Steamer worked good but the only problem was I laid it down and bumped my arm on tip and got a nasty burn. Have to be real careful where you place the tip.

I did my research online and found this one to match what I was looking for. It works well. Different than the Shark I had before, but still get the job done. With the Shark, I used to see the steam coming out. This one is sturdy, don't see the steam coming out, but could feel the floor warming up. Overall, I am happy with it.

THIS IS A GREAT STEAM MOP. IT'S VERY DURABLE AND I HAVE HAD FOR A REALLY LONG TIME. I DECIDED TO ORDER THIS FOR MY SISTER IN LAW, WHO JUST GOT ALL WOOD FLOORS AND NEEDED ONE. I KNOW SHE WILL LOVE IT BECAUSE I AND MY HUSBAND LOVE OURS. GREAT PRODUCT

this is the greatest, performs wonderfully, handles so easily. Loved it so much bought one for son and his wife also. he used mine and loved it. it was getting hard with arthritis to wring out the old kind of mop and since my floors call for hot water cleaning only, this was perfect. it is not cheaply made and is a really good product. I no longer have to keep my hot water running while I mop the floors, therefore saving water, to help pay for the mop! Cleans both tile and hardwood really well. Love this product, will buy another one when this one wears out.

i really thought this would be wonderful because i'm a clean freak, but i was unimpressed. the cord is too short the water reservoir leaks and keeps falling off. AND your floors have to be free from any dirt, even if you sweep or vacuum the debris collects on the mop head and leaves dirt lines on your floor. save yourself the money and just buy a mop.

The mop head is little larger than I like but all steam mops have large mop head. I've searched high low for smaller mop head in the past. However, I had to settle for a larger one and I chose this one! It was little heavier than I thought or wanted but I'm happy with it. I started using my steam mop and love it. I even had my husband try it. And that's so unlike him. LOL! I read some reviews about people having issues with leaking. The reviews also depends on the user. I took a chance and ordered it. I think if you don't set the water bottle in correctly and you don't tighten the rubber washter to the cap, it would cause some leakage. Otherwise, I'm still happy with my little machine.

Great product. One reviewer said that after the first time using it, she said she was surprised how dirty her floors were. She was right! After a few times, the dirt picked up was not as bad. You have to make sure the pad is wet to start cleaning. I use the high steam all over my 2 tiled baths, porcalin tiled foyer, wood kitchen and dining room floors. The mop section is large, I would like a smaller one to get around toilets and small appliances. The pads wash great in the washer.

I used this to clean the shower. I have hard water that is treated with a water softener and the residue builds up in the shower stall. This did make the task easier, but I still had to use some effort to make my shower shine.

I previously owned 2 Shark Steam Mops. They seem to wear out after about 6mos. I decided to give the Bissell 3n1 a try. I like the Bissell, but it doesn't seem to do as good a job on our hardwood floors as the Shark. It takes longer for the floors to dry with the Bissell than the Shark, which seems to almost dry instantly. Also, the Shark comes with different sized attachments and has a much longer cord than the Bissell 3n1. Although, I like my purchase of the Bissell, because it does clean the floors, I think the Shark is a better Steam Mop. One other note, of which I found out the hard way. If your home has hard water and you want your steam mop to last, be sure and use distilled water.

I was looking for something that would take Mold around the bath tub but I didn't want to use cleaners. If you mix the wrong chemicals you can be very sorry with the fumes you get. I haven't used it yet but from the reviews it should do the job.
