This really sucks.
I was very disappointed in the service. I ordered the steam pudding mold but received a small bamboo tong instead even though all the paperwork said it was the pudding mold. I contacted the supplier & was advised to send it back & they would credit my account. I had to make a special trip to the DHL depot to send it away, costing more in fuel for my vehicle than the little wooden tong was worth !! And no pudding mold !!!
