I love this bed. It's a great value and is really very beautiful. However, the assembly was a bit difficult for me. I'm not handy and tried to do this by myself. The directions were frustrating and I mixed everything up. Finally, with an extra set of hands, things straightened out and I am thrilled with the result. Very sturdy, vintage style, excellent price.
I received the bed 6 days after ordering it and I am very pleased. I have been looking for a bed for the past year for our spare bedroom and when I saw the picture and reviews I took a chance and ordered it. It is so well made and the price is unbelievable for the quality, and I am probably one of the most hard to please shoppers. The color is a very dark brown, almost black. I would highly recommend this bed!

l was completely surprised when I received my bed in about 6 days. The fastest delivery for an item on line. It was a great price, Good quality for the price. I read about 24 reviews before I bought the bed.all of the reviews were positive, thats why I deceided to buy this one Item# 80000929. I would highly recommend overstock.Com and this product to anyone who asks about it Well made,good construction. It is important to always give a review on and item bought on line so the next person looking to buy they will be able to trust the product sight un seen. the bed was packed really well with lots of bubble paper and extra cardboard. A friend of mine put it together and it took just 1 hour start to finish. Happy shopping
I bought this bed for my teenage son. It definitely required us both to put it together. After installing both side rails, I had to remove one from the footboard to get the bottom crossbar to connect. Then after putting on the center support pegs, the headboard and footboard were both about 1/2 inch above the floor. I'm not sure if that will settle as my son sleeps in the bed... Overall, we are very happy with the bed and the quality.
